Separate page-display problems
If one page fails, try another through the same menu. If the second works, note the failing page’s name. If neither opens, checking the connection and normal browser state makes sense; repeatedly pressing unrelated controls provides little new information.
If text works but images do not, you can continue reading while checking image-blocking or data-saving settings. A display problem is not a reason to disable security controls or install unfamiliar software.
Keep contact information proportionate
A content question normally needs a page name, the relevant sentence and your question. Passwords, banking information and identity documents do not make that question more useful. They only increase unnecessary disclosure.
If you suspect unauthorised access to an active account, use that service’s genuine security system. This content-related contact route should not be treated as a money-recovery, account-recovery or verification-code service.
